I am seeing a likelihood of there being fewer and fewer Herpetologists in the near future,going by my observation of how people,both old and young react fearfully on seeing reptiles and amphibians not only physically but on screens and books.I have read that most snakes are harmless and that most of them attack humans only when provoked or when they are hungry like the case of larger reps Alligators and Crocodiles.Apart from paying regular visits to zoos and snake parks to get accustomed to these beautiful creatures what else can we do to curb this situation from getting out of control....if you have an idea please help.
