I am shocked by the level of contempt, as evidenced by word & deed, of persons in AL that provide misinformation, confusing information and in general, refuse to speak plainly and simply about Autism Spectrum Disorders. It is shameful to exploit (especially children) differently-abled persons for personal gain. It is destructive to provide some information, but not ALL information to parents, te...achers, child care providers, etc. It is very disappointing to read incorrect and misleading information from state of AL governmental agencies about Autism. It is embarrassing to all citizens residing in AL for state agencies to print out-of-date & incorrect material. I am not concerned what others will think of this FB "status".
