I am shocked to know that some cosplayers suggest new cosplayers to use chest binders a size smaller than their actual size, causing the new cosplayers to get injured (cut, bruised, damaged breast tissues and, the worst, broken ribs) and have difficulty in breathing. You dont need to spend hundreds of dollars on professional chest binders, no. If you get the right sized binders you wont suffer from injuries nor will you have difficulty in breathig. Binders have different sizes and, just as bras, they have hooks and 3 options for you to adjust your comfort so you are able to breathe and feel comfortable with it on. Normally ebay binders are made out of sports fabrics with front side with double layer and back side with one layer, however, you might get them with both sides with double layer of fabric. This fabric is usually elastic and lets your skin breathe. The normal feeling when wearig a binder is similar to wearing a compressing sports bra and just as corsets, if you wear it in wrong size or too tight, you might injure yourself and have difficulty in breathing. As for the super expensive professional binders, I have one. Its the right size, but, sadly, it doesnt do much because the back of it is made from elastic and the front is made out of thick fabric and the effect of binding is much smaller than the one I get with ebay binders. You dont have to spend much money on sonethig like this. No. You just need to get the right sized one and make sure you are not feeling uncomfortable with it.
