I am showing these clips to motivate more kids to come out and play and more girls to come and cheer with Wallkills last in-person signups this weekend. Football is about hard work and working together. This clip is the result of these young men practicing all week, watching the scout tapes, reading the scouting report and endless repetitions of the various formations they were expected to see and what they should expect. Here Tommy and our line recognize the formation and bring the heat up the middle forcing the QB to throw it quicker, Ryan makes the call so the backs can adjust and Cole does what he worked forever on all week and it looks like the pass was actually to him and not the wide receiver. This is one of my favorite clips from last season, not because it was returned for a touchdown, but because each and every one of these kids worked hard all week and each and every one of them did just as they were supposed to on this play, THEY could have not done a better job. All 18 kids on the team scored that touchdown and they all were able to enjoy it as a team thanks to their hard work and confidence in one another. Football is the ultimate team sport so sign your child up this weekend!
