I am sitting at Puerto Vallarta with a group of 7 and absolutely ashamed of tonights service, after recommending this place, we have had the worst customer service although its Sunday and they are slow, they messed up two of our orders and after telling them the carne asada is still red, they asked if we wanted them to take it out,no apology, and after a half hour has only asked two of us if we wanted our drinks refilled,walking away before I could ask for mine..... Im very discusted with tonights service.....
