I am sitting at Sedam railway station to catch my train for - TopicsExpress

I am sitting at Sedam railway station to catch my train for Bangalore. I tried to read but I could not because of bad lights. On the stone bench where I am sitting at this point of time I can hear people talking to themselves unmindful of others sitting around them, young children playing and small ones crying. I am working on my laptop not only to while away time but also to tell it that I cannot be silenced even for a while when I am at least awake. But I cannot sit here even for a minute more because dozens of mosquitoes are biting me. It is not only irritating but also painful. I have to tolerate this for the next two hours as my attempt to get into the so-called VIP lounge has failed. Do you want to know why and how? When the mosquitoes started biting my legs, hands, face and neck etc. I looked around if there could be a better place to sit. I found VIP Lounge and I sent my colleague to see if there were any vacant seats. He came back and told me that the station master would not let anybody sit in the lounge and it only for VIPs. I sent him again to the station master to find out who they regard as VIPs. He was told that MLAs and MPs are VIPs. I told him to get the phone number of the Chief Station Master. But the master refused to give us the cell number. I wonder if VIPs mean MLAs and MPs in this country. Who can answer this question? I don’t know what does Mr Narendra Modi, who declared on the Independence Day “I am not the Prime Minister of India; I am as he called himself, Mahasevaka of this nation” say about this. I also don’t know what does the Railway Minister, an ever smiling man, Mr Sadanand Gouda, say about this. I wish to know who the VIPs are in India. Why the VIP lounge at a station is reserved only for politician, if what the station master said is correct?
