I am sitting here watching Undercover Boss and it has me thinking of something my Dad told me. My Dad was in management for most of my life and he always said a manager should be able to preform any job that they ask their employees to preform. They might not be able to preform it at the same level as the employee but the should be able to preform the job just the same. I firmly believe this and I am wondering what everyone else thinks of thought.
