I am slowly losing my good disposition. When I had my land line phone, I had no problems with my computer. Since having it taken out 2 weeks ago, videos either dont play at all or I wait an eternity for them to load, it is soooooooo much slower and it just sits and buffers trying to get on a site. I called AT&T and the tech said its like a fire hose hooked up to a fire hydrant of water, the connection is too small and I did to upgrade. They could do that for me for an additional charge. I got rid of the land line to save money, now I have to spend more. Why was it OK before and not now? Granny doesnt understand everything about technology, but none of that makes sense to me. Any suggestions?
