I am so blessed for the people who have helped me as we lead up to NC EOY this weekend. This truly has come together almost like a community project. And sometimes help comes from places you never expected. Of course there is ROxana Hardplace who has worked her tail off. But there are also people like DeeJai Bonet Vlentino who has been giving me advice on some of the mistakes Ive made with this and how to minimize those mistakes. And Taylor Knight-Addams St James who has been there to listen and even went on a promo spree last night. Anna Hairfield who is ALWAYS there for me no matter what and whose son Shane Cole is going to be at the show as well supportinga nd performing, and Malayia Chanel Iman who found us a videographer at the last minute, and Frances Bryant who helped with hotels and is coming up on Saturday, and Amanda Galgoci who is stepping in to sing the national anthem and just been there for support, and was even willing to step in and judge if she needed to though thankfully all the judges are coming through. Speaking of judges and people who are giving substantial amounts of their time for what truly is charity given what they could ask for, people like Tim Allen, Spacee Kadett, Mykul Jay Valentine. And ClubWarehouse AlternativeNights and Legends Nightclub Complex truly helped me out by working together to save the day when we needed a new venue. And Jeffro Bear who stepped up to offer us help if anything else fell through. And Shana Nicole, Paisley Parque, and so many others who have been advertisin the crap out of this for us. My boyfriend William Noble Millikan III who deserves as much or more credit than me. I may work on this pageant all day, but he goes to work and works all day to pay for it. Jesse Duncan, who despite any differences in the past, inspires me and always will. And Coti Collins for talking to people at legends and Anjelica Dust for working with us to make this affordable. Twixi Dust Chardonnay who offered her home if we needed it at one point, and has given advice on legends and dealing with them plus promoting Raleigh EOY. All the promoters for that matter from Twixi Chardonnay, to Tj Haynes, to Drew Wofford, to Zoi Montclaire, to Lonnie Bryant, to Eddie E Pizzino, seriously there would be no contest without you guys! Honestly, Im not even scratching the surface here. I could tag half of facebook. Mariah, I know you cant read this cause you dont have facebook, but thank you! Colton Bacall and Judas Elliot for coming to help with the panel. Owen Mccord for helping in every way he could with the king side of things. And Phil Voila and Malayia for all the prelims where you helped with sets. Chip Matthews thank you for helping with promotion. So many people have put in so much work to make North Carolina Eoy an event Raleigh will never forget. To all of you. Thank you.
