I am so confused. We just got a notice from animal control about a dog barking all day and all night... our dog is an indoor dog and shes crated at night time. The onky time shes outside is to use the bathroom. She only barks when the doorbell rings but thats inside and very rare. We have lived here for 5 years and we have never had a complaint. Emily is my shadow and she is wjth me constantly which gives her no time to be a nuisance. Im so upset. The only thing I can think of is that this happened when we were out of town but my mom took care of her and she was only outside until about 830 at night and she was brought indoors.
