I am so convinced that Jacob is absolutely a special gift from God. Yesterday morning, I was awakened by him...not with an alarm...but by him sitting next to me saying the rosary all by himself. This morning I was startled by my inability to literally move because the L/RA locked me up completely...I was lying there, praying in my head, asking God to help me loosen-up to lift Grama.....and here comes Jacob singing, The Lord hears the cry of the poor. Blessed be the Lord. The poor is not just the financially poor....but anyone having a weakened body or spirit. You may balk at this....but I find that absolutely astonishing. Things like this literally happen every single day with this angel....I believe with every cell in my body that God speaks to me with words of encouragement, love and hope thru this angelic child...who many in the world would consider poor because of autism. Not the case. Im blown away by how often this kind of thing happens. Right now hes sitting with Grama singing This Little Light of Mine to her. Precious. My joy-giver. :-) So grateful to Jacobs teachers, Laura Rudy Leisure and Rachael Marie, for the amazing job they do helping Jacob grow each day.
