I am so darn disappointed at A.B. Cole to the point that I now consider him a spiritual fool who now finds it funny to go on his local community television program in the northwest sector of the metro-Twin Cities zone and ridicule the entire Liberian Government on the basis of ignorance, unsubstantiated information and mere propaganda. Beyond that this self-professed man of God who refers to himself as a radical pastor with no spiritual boundaries - publically, shamefully and boastfully does everything unexpected of a pastor or spiritual leader by using public media (TV) to insult the personalities of other people once he disagrees with them. I guess he is unable to present and defend his views in a frank and intellectual discourse to address public issues of concern. His mind seemingly floats like a one-sided dollar bill; one that obviously has no worthiness to be engaged, except to waste time, like pouring water into a sand pile and then foolishly trying to retrieve the intentionally wasted water. In short, A.B. Cole is a pretentious fearless former Liberian rebel soldier who apparently maintains the crude and barbaric mentality learned without discipline for civility during the bloody Liberian civil war that we all hate to recall out of respect for the dignity of those innocent lives lost. A.B. Cole stormed into the doorway of the United Methodist Church in Brooklyn Park where I was moderating a Liberian Community Town Hall meeting recently. He rudely interrupted the Liberian Information Minister, Lewis Brown, who was answering a question from the audience. Cole shouted insulting words and accusations at the minister. I stopped him by reminding him (frankly not even knowing that it was him)that such behavior was not welcomed and if continued, he would be asked to leave. Stupidly, he failed to recognize the police presence right behind him, and they asked him to leave. He left and decided to ridicule me on his local TV program. This is my response to his silly portrayal of me and what happened at the town hall meeting. I did not carry a gun nor fire at defenseless and innocent Liberians as a rebel, but my fearlessness truly comes from God and I pray for His wisdom to allow me to professionally and intellectually take part in the discussions about how we as a reunited people can rebuild our sweet land of liberty which we destroyed, because we chose the path of anger and hostility to tackle our issues of national concern - in short, IGNORANCE! Not pissed off, just being firm to the core.
