I am so deeply sadden to know that one of the generation great spiritual leader Dr. Myles Munroe from the black community as it is concerning an individual who has been gifted by God the Almighty to transform, and empowered for the Purpose of changing Lives, has been translated in the other dimension of the spiritual . It has been stated that has had happed November 09, 2014 at approximately 4: 30 pm. It is said, that that were in the plane which crashed before landing long with Dr. Myles Munroe, includes his wife Ruth, daughter Charisa, and six others. With that being said, I Reverend Pastor Richard Steve Mitchell, can vividly recall being one of the few pastors who were asked to be one of the prayer counselors at Dr. Myles Munroe Life Changing Empowerment Conference held at Canada Christian College that fateful evening not too many years ago, whereby the message which was brought forth Dr. Myles Munroe as he allowed the Spirit of the Lord’s leading had caused many souls to sunder to the Lord of Salvation who is Jesus the Christ. Who then called all the pastors to the alter after we had ministered in the lived of those who came under the authority of the Holy Spirit that night at Canada Christian College by the soul piercing message of Dr. Myles Munroe, who reminded us pastors of the Power which are embodied in the gift of prayer, who spoke into our lives a passage from one of his books, Understanding the Purpose & Power of Prayer, “God, God Almighty, God the Creator of the heavens and the earth, God the Beginning and the End, God the Source of all that is, God the Creator of man––the same God, in all His power and all His majesty, stops and listens when you pray. God has given mankind earthly license for heavenly interference. “ With those words, and that said book, “Understanding the Purpose & Power of Prayer, which he Dr. Myles Munroe invested in our lives, or should I say invested in my life that evening whereby, he had signed his book, and the words he spoke are now written around my neck and which is planted deep into my spirit that prayer in a tool in which God has made available to us in changing our immediate environment and state of mind, and whereby, prayer is the only tool that can move the hands of God. It should be noted that the Dr. Myles Munroe, received an honourary Doctorate from Canada Christian College, which is the institution which I had obtained my Bachelors of Theology, he has also been awarded with Doctorate degree in Ministry by Christian Life School of Theology, now Beacon University, and it should also be noted that I hold a Diploma of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology in the year of 2001.
