I am so disgusted with United Airlines I cant even put it into words. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and made it to SFO after midnight. They had 4, Im saying FOUR HOURS to get their crap together. We arrive and they dont have anything. No food, no water, just a beverage cart with soda and juice. No hotels available because they have some music convention thats taken up all the hotels. No food places open. And only get two blankets for five people. Having to resort to sleeping on the floor with my 3 year old son. Stuck here for 12 hours till next flight. And this is all on top of the terrible service while stuck at our departing city. Loaded, unloaded, had to go back through security. There was plenty of hotel availability where we came from. And to be honest, I believe we flew with a crew over their FAA approved time limit. We were being rushed onboard saying we only had 30 minutes to get wheels up. So mad I cant sleep. United Airlines, my complaint has been filed and I have a crap ton of beef to talk to you about so you best come prepared.
