I am so excited! We are going to be starting new Aqua Fitness classes and Tai Chi Yoga classes very soon! As soon as my instructors are ready I will announce times. It will be within the month of November! I also have another super announcement to make but have to iron out details this week and will post it here as soon as I can. I have 5 instructors going to get Zumba licensed on November 15 and then the term Cardio Dance can be banished forever and we will ALL be Zumba licensed! The Cardio Connection is totally taking off and I am very thrilled and humbled that you have all made it possible. Thank you VERY MUCH to all of our awesome patrons! Oh, and one other exciting announcement (Can you tell I am excited when I use the word umpteen times in one post...HA!) is that we will soon be having Zumba classes later in the evening. Stay tuned.....when I know what we are doing I will let you know ASAP!! (Psst....we are having a huge fitness competition in the month of January, big prizes, nutrition information, and plenty of motivation.....bet you cant tell that I am EXCITED!!!) :) Tawny
