We finally got the first 6 of the 12 house deal closed yesterday. 0% for 15 years, 0 down, no payments for 60 days and all rented. Only took 4 months from start to finish and had to overcome the seller’s banker and CPA try to dissuade them from doing the deal along the way. Persistence, patience, and as you said in your email earlier- listening to understand rather than to respond. We took each of their arguments and turned their reasons around on them and had good reason why it is a good deal for what the sellers really wanted. Although I am real bad by trying to respond I keep working to improve those listening skills. We also got two of our sales closed. One on Friday and one yesterday.
