I am so excited to let my friends and family know that as of this morning I made one of the biggest life changing decisions ever to present itself to me. I have decided to go ahead and start a Mental Health/Illness and Suicide Prevention group. Not a group soley based on Facbook. A group that is going to require time, effort, dedication and support. My hope is to spread the word as far as possible. To educate people on the facts of people who suffer from mental illness. And to bring people together as a team for those who may be contemplating taking their own life. Along side me in this cause is my good friend Darcy Phillips. We are going to make this happen. Its time for us to work together and wrap our arms around each other in times of grief and loss. #BETHECHANGE The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.
