I am so fed up with Comcast... I dropped their TV service almost 15 years ago and am a happy directv customer. My internet service went out and I really didnt worry too much since I was away all day and it was suppose to be taken care of during that time. I called at 4 oclock and they tell me its working, Me, no its not. After being transferred to several people(obviously in another country, since I could barely understand them) Im told we cant handle it and transferred to an expert(also in another country and cant understand him either) who can guarantee a fix, but of course there is a fee..I told him no way am I paying one penny forget it, Ill change services and hung up. After figuring out theyll not get any money, my service by some miracle starts working....FED UP!!! CAN ANYBODY RECOMMEND ANOTHER INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER?
