I am so full, I just ate 2 bowls of this! *Brown 1 lb ground turkey (or ground beef for those who dont like turkey) in one pan. Spiced it up with paprika and chili powder. *In another pan, sauté in coconut or olive oil chopped onion and garlic till softened. Add in chopped carrots and cook till softened. Then add in chopped cabbage and cook till softened. Spice it up with whatever spices you like, I used garlic salt, pepper, and chives. *Add in the cooked ground turkey and devour! :)
