I am so grateful to have a job I love in an industry I could only dream of being in a few years ago! Three years ago I was riding the bus and a waiter at two restaurants (Red Lobster & The Melting Pot) working 7 days a week dreaming of being in the position I am in today. Today I am the general manager of one of the busiest venues in the city which is home to so many amazing concerts! This post wasnt intended to brag but more so inspire. If you have a dream and a goal & are willing to work your ass off and hurdle the dozens of roadblocks that will come your way, you will eventually succeed. You only fail when you give up
