I am so grateful to my amazing family - my husband, Greg McNamee, who is so supportive of this crazy sport (for me - not him!) - and even special ordered his very own large cow bell, my kids - Lisa Rongey, Adam Rongey, Will McNamee, Taylor McNamee, and Daughter in law, Cathy Howland Rongey - for all your support and putting up with all the training hours and Ironman talk, and for always being there for me! I am so excited that you will all be at Ironman Boulder - its going to keep me going by seeing your smiles, and hearing your (loud) voices!! thanks for being my family! I love you all so much!!! And thanks for my family that cant be here - yet have always asked about my training, and listened and who are always on my team - my Mom, Marilyn Behn, My brother Bob Burnand, my sis in law, Tomi Burnand and my sisters Debbie Keener and Sandra Coco!!!
