I am so looking forward to 2015...this year has been a blur since April when my mothers health rapidly declined subsequently resulting in her passing in late July. In 2015 my prayer is for continued fortitude in completing some of the personal goals I have set for myself...too often in the past I have allowed my benevolence, dedication, and loyalty to be circumvented; however, I have re-committed myself to me...for I can do nothing for anyone else, be it professionally, fraternally, as a father, husband, or true friend if I dont put myself above all else....life is far too short! As Lauren Hill iterates...how you gone win if you aint right within? That doesnt necessarily mean that you perpetrate Ill will or circumstance toward anyone...sometimes it means being true to self! Stay blessed my family and friends...have a safe, prosperous, and healthy New Year!!!
