I am so mad at Sephora - I placed an order very early last Thursday morning (11/7) right when the VIB sale started for some giveaway prizes which were all in stock at the time and I just got an email TODAY (11/12) saying they were canceling some items because they were now out of stock. How come they didnt honor my order when I placed it (and claimed everything was in stock) and waited until now when the sale is over to send this? Not happy about this at all...
