I am so moved by what my dear friend and teammate Jennifer - TopicsExpress

I am so moved by what my dear friend and teammate Jennifer Lancaster has created in her life! We met years ago on the Big Island and I will always vividly remember a hike we took in the lava fields when we were talking about our dreams. Two young women, living paycheck to paycheck, daring to give voice to our biggest dreams. It is because of that conversation that Jen was one of the 1st people I invited to join my team. I told her, Remember that walk that day? Remember what you told me? About your dream house with a dance studio? Remember all of that? Well, Im going to make all my dreams come true. I know you have amazing dreams, too. Join me! And you know what? She DID. She was actually my 17th team member--which I LOVE because 17 is her lucky number. Jen was the 1st person I ever helped fire her bosses, one by one. When she called to tell me she quit that last job bar tending, my husband and I were screaming and jumping up and down in our kitchen. Jen was FREE! Oh what a feeling that was. I am addicted to that joyful kitchen screaming --the joy of helping set others free. Jen, I honor you for all you do to make your dreams come true. I am amazed by you every day. I know you will be jumping up and down too, soon, setting others free. You dont let anything stop you. It brings tears to my eyes when I watch you walk through all your fears and to the next phase of your growth. I cant wait to see you next week. Thank you for showing me a whole new level the power of this business. I am so proud of you! #joinmyfreedomtribe Jen shares: I was just coaching a teammate who is still working at a regular job during the day, while at night she works part-time on her fortune and her freedom. She messaged me because as she steps closer and closer into her freedom its hard to go into a JOB everyday. It made me think back to when I still had to do the same thing. I remember even 8 months ago walking into the restaurant and working there was so hard for me when I was so close to being free. I kept 3x5 cards in my order book with affirmations written on them to shift my mind into a positive space and it took everything I had in me. One of the biggest cards that helped me was Find the Beauty in this moment. Even if we arent where we wish we could be, if we remember to stop and find the beauty in that moment it can bring relief. This isnt always easy but it can be done. I had to find beauty in the fact that the people I was waiting on loved their food. I had to find beauty in the fact that when I filled up someones coffee it brought a smile to their face. I had to find beauty in the fact that I wasnt sitting at a desk. Today as you face your most challenging moments Where can you find Beauty? Its there somewhere if you look for it. I promise you.
