I am so proud of my cousin Sandy Byerly who, less than a month ago underwent a complete liver transplant, dialysis still ongoing and has completed rehab, is out of her wheel chair and off her walker and going home to her family. She will still need dialysis because her kidneys are stubborn, but she is on her own at home!!! We Pools are a strong breed and Sandy is a shining example of positive thinking! She is determined not to appear an invalid even when she has every right to be one! Much love and many prayers for her complete recovery! She is one of my heroes!
