I am so proud of my daughter Elizabeth Kelley. She never cease to amaze me. She is so inquisitive and she is beginning to use that wonderful characteristic to her advantage now. We were having a heart to heart discussion, which I love and one of the highlights of being a mother to my 2 daughters. Elizabeth was discussing Edgar Allen Poe regarding his life and how dark his writings and his the events that impacted his work. The pros and cons of his life and she quoted passages from The Raven. She also expressed her love for William Shakespeare. It is so unusual (to me) that a 13 year old enjoys reading about these 2 authors. Also, what she does not understand she immediately research it until she finds the answers. Elizabeth has her schedule planned out for the 4 years she will be at St Martin High. Amazing to me, and so proud of her. I love you and you are such an inspiration to me.
