I am so proud that Nic and I just said $&@#% it!, lets create the type of show that has the potential to change peoples thoughts on how and why we choose certain foods. We wanted to make a series that creates healthy dialogue and debate about what food really means to us and of course we needed to include simple recipes that will not cause inflammation to our bodies. It will be airing in summer on free to air tv in oz and later on internationally and we are kicking off filmimg series 2 in January next year! Woo Hoo. Here is a very rough cut to whet your apetite.
