I am so relaxed after being able to travel to South Carolina for a poomsae seminar taught by the US National Team Poomsae Coach, Master Dan Chuang, and then to Orlando, Florida for the 2015 U.S. Open Taekwondo Championships. It was great seeing friends, Taekwondo Icons, Taekwondo Olympians, World Poomsae Champions and World Poomsae Medalist, Poomsae Championships and Sparring Championships. A week being around competitors, coaches, and the supporters was exciting. Its hard to explain the atmosphere, except for tension and excitement, Ying and Yang. It was a great pleasure to meet more female Taekwondo Leaders. I met some from Facebook in person. They are an inspiration, and they are great examples for our future Taekwondo generations. (I have a few pictures left to post.) Thanks everyone for the friendship, hospitality and great dinners!
