I am so sick of how my work, works me like a dog and making me stay close to 2 hours after my shift ends almost everyday because people dont know how to show up for work on time... or if they even do show up, and leave me back in the kitchen ALONE with dishes stacked high over my head. And do I get even a thank you from the company I work for? NO! The people from the company that my company is contracted with recognizes me and my hard work more than the company I work for. Thats bad! I never get a promotion, raise, or even benefits! But plz, let me be a heroin addict, whore, or a lazy waste of space, and Ill be supervisor in no time! I bust my ass everyday for SEC and they dont even realize it. or they dont even care. Ive been there since August of last year and seen people who dont do shit, get promoted to leads and supervisors in a snap of a finger!! That really pisses me off! I dont do it all for my health. I work for money and I work hard to get a promotion or atleast a raise, but I dont see any of that happening anytime soon. Thats the thing about SEC, They run all their good employees off and keep all the lazy drug addicts who dont do anything! Rant Over...
