I am so thankful that Ive chosen a career that I love and am passionate about. My clients are all so amazing and Im so lucky to have developed the relationships with them that I have. For many people fitness is so much more than just lifting weights. Its facing ones insecurities, body image issues and revealing the vulnerabilities that we all guard so closely. Working out is just a part of your life that influences and is influenced by so many other variables.
