Sure itll hold police to a higher level of professional accountability...theyll also eliminate the matter of discretion....if you get pulled over the officer almost HAS to cite you if theres video evidence..if they use their discretion and give you a break other people they use their discretion and dont give a break to will be able to sue..but the main thing it will do is take away the cops word v the suspects word...nothing will convict obnoxious morons faster than video evidence of their behavior. Video evidence doesnt care how rich you are, so being able to pay for a high priced lawyer wont win you the he said/she said argument....
