I am so upset with TWC. They sent me a bill for 22,00.00. I called today tried to explain that they are going back to 2012 which they agreed they where. They are say since I turned down going to Mercadez in 2012 I turned them down to go in 2013 So they say that I have to pay back from 2012 to current. I told her I went in 212 and they have note from people in her office about this. They also have a copy of the check in my file. I asked her to look in the notes and my file she refused said that I would have to dispute it she would not look into it. I was so upset I was shaking. Can you image open a letter from TWC and it is a bill for 22,000.00? PIssed off
