I am someone that doesnt like to take to social media to complain. Today is going to be different. I am sorely disappointed in the Ohio Unemployment Agency. They are the most unorganized system I have had to deal with. You are not able to correspond with one individual at a time. You must bounce around to many. With each time obtaining different information. On a side note, dad was pleased with me. While discussing with said agency I kept my religion. I was nice and polite and even apologized. I know that with each person I talked with that it wasnt personally their fault for what information someone else gave me. However, while I am being polite and trying to explain do not interrupt me or repeat in your disdain voice that I have no choice. I am an educated individual. One thing I have learned over the years. There is always someone above them. That is what I had to finally ask for and eventually demand for. Even after speaking to a manager I was not given all the answers I wanted to hear but at least was given a chance to speak. My voice was heard. Some of my close family and friends know me well enough to realize I am stubborn. Nor do I take well to be given the run around. They also know it may take me awhile to get ticked, it is better to just back away when I do. Ill end this rant with a smile. I have the fire I need to accomplish what needs to be done. I will be heard.
