I am soooooo EXCITED to see all The people that joined the DietBet with all of us! Tomorrow starts weigh-ins. I will have a post within the game site that gives an outline depending on how much weight is equivalent to 4%, that tells you EXACTLY what you need to do to lose that amount with in the 4 weeks. I will also be posting a suggested grocery list for all of us to just check in to make sure we have the right foods in our houses to ensure successful choices.
