I am sorry. But I dont understand the issue here. AK made some personal remarks against Gadkari (true or not, we dont know). He did not have any proof for his allegations. Gadkari went to court, well within his rights to do so. Court asked for proof or bail bond (they didnt charge or decalre AK guilty of anything, just asked for bond to make sure he appears in court when summoned). He refused. Now, court is not suer that he will appear in front of it when required, so puts him behind bars. If I am right in the above, then what is the problem? How is AK a victim and Gadkari an aggressor here? What do the AAP people protesting for? AKs release? If yes, then all they need to do is give the bail bond. That would not amount to admitting AK was wrong or anything, at least not yet... Or are they saying Gadkari should withdraw his complaint even if he is not violating any law? If yes, then why are they protesting in front of Tihar jail and not in front of Gadkari? If not, then what is the whole point of ther protest? The whole episode smacks of theatrics of a level which even AAP hasnt reached so far.
