I am sorry but I HATE direct TV, I hate NOT talking to an English speaking person and the guilty feeling I get when I ask to be transferred to someone who does speak english clearly!!! I hate that they sneak in all these charges and then expect me to pay them!! I am so fed up with them and NO I can not change! They have us over a barrell since we watch my son-in-law play football!! Paying 155.00 a month is highway robbery and I wish I could tell them to take this satelite and stick it where the sun doesnt shine! And the very second our son-in-law retires we will be switching!! Im so worked up I can hardly see straight!! Even though I have EVERYTHING written down as per each conversation and who stated what they will NOT honor it! All they keep saying is, We understand why you are upset and are so sorry that you were misled. REALLY?? They need to fire Clinton & Nick, who set up our plan and then take care of us!! Im in need of a valium!!!!
