I am sorry, but school teachers are...dumb. Were never going to make any progress in restructuring, remodeling schools until we examine how dumb people are, by design, put into elementary and secondary schools, because no one else would tolerate the lies, the nonsense, and the brutal obedience training of which the public school student is subjected. The US does not have an educational system. We have a youth indoctrination center called a school. To succeed at school is to participate in the destruction of your own capacity for creativity and curiosity. Schools kill curiosity and kill the universal drive for loving, exuberant autonomy. That should scare any parent, and invite the rest of us to pause.
