I am spending the next two weeks in Tuscany meeting all the wine makers and attending dinners in the Villas of the owners. In the last 3 days I HAVE HAD WILD BOAR RAGU over Fusilli alla Feretta pastaI Roasted leg of wild Venison With Rosemary potatos.
