I am sports mad - not earth shattering I know - follow almost every sport in the world but what I am going to say now will not have me No 1 on the popularity charts - but it has to be said - I dont like gratuitous violence that passes as sport - So I abhor this mixed martial arts in the UFC where the aim is to pummel your opponent on the deck until his face resembles a pizza - You will not find me watching Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) - I watched some of it on You Tube - its brutal and where is the sport element of it?? I heard a clip on Radio today of McGregor challenging his next opponent and it was cringe and to me he is an embarrassment to the Country - so there it is - will not get too many likes but I cant understand the following he has!!! Maybe there is violent streak in all of us - we love a fight or fracas at a game - cant figure it !! but good luck to him - he will be a millionaire and its a game of opinions so I wont try and convert anyone either - but I will not be staying up late to watch him !!! #onlysaying
