I am still thinking about the oyster taco I ate after Last Thursday at RoboTaco on Morrison. Two large oysters, dredged in masa flour and flash fried in a corn tortilla for I think $3.50. House made hot sauces, tacos by foodies- and not in a fusion way. Im guessing this is a highly seasonal special and I want everyone I know to try these because I feel descriptions are failing me! Ive biked past this place a hundred times without any idea what I was missing. Finding your taco joint is like finding your coffeehouse- the mix of food/coffee philosophy, the ability to create a chill atmosphere amongst the bustle of a food establishment, and a thousand other tangible but hard to describe details... and oyster tacos. I found my new joint. They also do grapefruit margaritas! If they serve espresso, Im doomed. P.S., I like food.
