I am still to see in the History of this Country or any other in the World an Investor/Shareholder being arrested for the Criminal activities that have been executed by the Executive Directors of a Company; that he held shares in of which he was not directly involved in its day to day running and if this could happen then it will be a travesty of justice of great magnitude in the History of this Country. In the United States JP Morgan has been fined Hundreds of Billions of Fraud and Corrupt activities that rendered home owners indebted to an extend of loosing their mortgage/bond properties of which they have never recovered to this day and they will only get about $3 000 if they are lucky out of this fine; of which no Director will be jailed but in the case of Malema a Politically orchestrated campaign is underway to nail even a silent Business Partner and you tell Me that the ANC is not aware that facing the end of its reign of terror hence they use State Institutions to fight their Opponents, will they hand over Power willingly the day they are voted out?
