I am supposed to be serving as a Juror but am a full time single parent with NO ONE to help watch my daughter and she is not enrolled in child care at all. I have so far emailed and called the Courthouse to tell them I can not make it, to which they have replied it is not a good excuse. I have already notified them I am unable to go and would be forced to bring ny daughter. If I do not attend tomorrow is there much of a chance action will be taken against me?
