I am taking a Skull Lord (3 heads) and making him a six class NPC bad guy for my Lich Overlord who the PCs will face in their final battle. The first head was a Drow Warlock-Sorcerer, the second head was a Human Cleric-Mage (Necromancer) and the third head is a Monk-Psion. This is of course before prestige classes. Utilizing 3.5 there is no need for prestige classes of course. All classes are considered to be level 20. The PCs should have 8 characters between 18-20 level when they face him.
