I am thankful for the experience, growth and knowledge I have obtained over the past 2 weeks as I filled the Office Admin role for Mishler Plumbing. At a glance, I was terrified as I faced the challenge of filling a role on the Mishler bus that is my weakest area as an owner. Looking back, I realize that I came out on top of this trial as I learned more about my customers, my team members, my husband and most of all myself. Im excited to say that I have overcome my fear of answering our phones! Its no secret that was my biggest challenge. We have some really awesome customers who helped me get through my days with their kind words of encouragement. We have a phenomenal team in the field who really made me proud this week. We look forward to adding a new member to our office team at the start of a next week!
