I am the man who have seen affliction by the rod of His wrath. He - TopicsExpress

I am the man who have seen affliction by the rod of His wrath. He has led me and made me walk in darkness and not in light (Lam 3:1-3)...The Book of Lamentations contains five songs, & was written by the prophet Jeremiah during the time when his people were taken away in exile. Here the prophet expresses his grieve to God on behalf of a nation that has lost everything that was of value to them. To this day the Jews maintain a wailing wall in Jerusalem where they pray-especially when they want to complain to God. They also continue the custom of a yearly reading of the Book of Lamentations. Many of us bury our pain so that nobody can see it. To do so is unnecessary-& undesirable. The Lord desires that His children addresses their complaints to Him when things are not going well. We can with great boldness tell Him about our pain & suffering. Believers are not exempt from suffering, but have resources with which to handle it that unbelievers knows nothing of. In times of suffering we knows for sure that God is with us to help & to support us,& that in the end He will always turn our Lamentations into a song of praise. Do not hide ur suffering- tell the Lord about it. He will comfort u & He ill help u. Doing this will also make it easier to share ur pain with a friend or another trusted person. Just as a joy shared is a joy doubled,in the same way u can halve ur pain by sharing it with someone else... Have a good nite,a wonderful & blessed preparation for Thanksgiving service,I love u & God bless us all. Sweet dreams mwahhh :)
