I am thinking a moderate snowstorm. 3-5 inches for the favored suburbs. 1-2 inches for DC and inside the beltway/I95. The usual snow to liquid ratio is 10:1 but that applies more during winter. With temps above freezing during the storm...heavy snow will still allow for accumulations including on the road but 10:1 ratio will be hard to accomplish. Had this been winter like January, I would probably focused on 6-10 inches but i just dont see that happening with this with the marginal temps and the calender. Timing for heavy snow will be morning/afternoon and probably slowing down around early evening. Areas near I81 and I68, probably will exceed 6 inches. Winchester might get 6 inches. For those in Loudoun County, i think 4 for Leesburg is a good number
