I am thinking in starting to eat a raw diet, I will probably start quickly transitioning to no red meat or chicken or eggs, sugar, all processed foods, and just keep water, organic milk, some fresh cheese, and fish along with lightly cooked vegetables and fruits. Then no cheese, just milk fruits and lightly cooked vegetables, and occasionally some grains and seeds, always coconut oil, olive oil, and finally fresh fish probably in ceviche,raw fruit, vegetables, seeds and cooked grains, organic milk, and lastly only raw fruits, raw vegetables, live oils, nuts, and fresh fish ceviche occasionally, organic almond milk, mmm maybe i will keep organic sheep or cow milk too :) lets see. Is anyone in this way of eating?
