I am thoroughly disgusted with the Poway Home Depot carpet and flooring center. Their order taker, manager and carpet scheduler are complete buffoons and lack basic customer service skills. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have made completing our home remodel project before Christmas an impossibility of their own doing. We have no Christmas tree, holiday decorations or, for that matter, furniture in our home. Ive had to sacrafice time with my girls because our house is so inhospitable. They dont want to be here (thanks to their friends moms for giving my girls a place to sleep!). Its hard to see the forest for the trees right now. I realize this is a temporary situation, but the lack of concern or sense of urgency from the flooring manager at the Poway Home Depot has really dampened our familys holiday spirit. I dont usually take to a public forum to voice my disatisfaction about anyone or anything, but it really bothers me that a company and its employees dont have the basic courtesy to act at least the slightest bit concerned about the inconvenience theyve caused. A simple Im sorry for the error would have softened my heart to this fiasco. Instead, they avoid our calls and have not honored our request to call us on our cell phones, the most direct way to reach us. Im so very thankful for the opportunity to fall in love with our home again with this remodel. Its unfortunate that the Poway Home Depot had to taint an otherwise exciting experience for our family.
