I am thrilled to report that after holding my rally in Graham Beach this January to call on the Governor to speed-up the buyout program, the state has qualified Graham Beach residents for enhanced buyouts. Michael Grimm (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn), who had advocated buyouts for the area during a rally two months ago in Graham Beach. More work needs to be done in other hard-hit areas, but this is certainly a terrific step in the right direction, the Congressman added.
