I am truly flabbergasted... Wow! Last night was a huge success- An overwhelming amount of support from all in TJ Macs last night. A whopping €765.86 was raised last night between the barbeque tickets and the raffle! Thank you to TJ Mac for having us, to his wife for doing the food and of course to Barefoot Jenny for keeping us all entertained all night!From the word go you were all fantastic! Thank you to everyone who bought tickets for our raffle before Christmas, and to all who donated items for the hamper Hannah Furey, thank you for your over-generous donation, Im sorry the hamper didnt get to visit your house!). Thanks to the UCC Live Music Society, Ucc-Animal Welfare, The Holy Cow, The Reverse, Shane Doonan, Evan Prendergast, Paudie Mullally & Caroline LeMons (The Fidelmas) and Waking Up Sunday for all their help and playing the great gig in March, and thanks to Mark Stanton for helping us to organise it when we hadnt a clue what we were at and thanks to Audrey Ellard Walsh for interviewing us for UCC Express, it all helped so,so much! To everyone who came to our table quiz, which was nearly a disaster only for the help of Áras na Mac Léinn UCC, we appreciated it an unbelievable amount! And also, anyone who bought any of our heart-attack-cakes during the year, fair play to ye! ;) I cant thank all of you enough- Paudie Mullally, you were a rock! Coleen Daly, Heather Morgan, Kiah Hughes, Aishling Murphy, Stephanie Cassin, Mairéad Elisha Kiely, Thomas Christopher Quinn, Declan O Mahoney, Fearghal MacNamara, Andrea Graham, Cían Fitzgerald, Sean Brosnan, Carol Walsh,Anne Vaughan, Patricia Vaughan, Helen Costelloe, Kivah Mccann, Joel Carey, Jo OBrien, Olly Rees, Paraic OLeannain, Michael Daly, Michelle Crowley, Emer ODriscoll, Eoin McGrath, Niamh Lanigan Sorcha Nic Eoin,.... I cant fit ye all here, but thank you so much, SO much, each and every person who helped us or donated every little cent to us throughout the last 9 months, you have been outstanding!
